what is PROJECT GRAD?

  It's graduation night, the biggest night of your life! It's about to be bigger! Kealakehe Project Grad is an all night event where you will enjoy food, music, dance, wet activities, laser tag, a Polynesian show, have a chance at prizes, and other surprises from 10:00 pm until 2:00 am, THEN, keep the party going until 5:00 am with unlimited arcade games, bowling, karaoke and more food, at KBXtreme Family Entertainment Center!

Kealakeke High School and West Hawaii Explorations Academy graduates will enjoy the night of their lives.  


Proud parents and community members can rest easy knowing  graduates who attend are celebrating in a safe, supervised setting. It is a nationally recognized substance-free event which promises to create graduation night memories to last a lifetime.

 Nearly two dozen students, parents and friends participated in this year's Charity Walk at Waikoloa Resort this year, and what a fun event it was!  And we had a very lucky grand prize winner  - one of our WHEA students won round trip airfare for two people to any Southwest Airlines destination!   See - volunteering has valuable rewards!


Proceeds from Charity Walk will benefit our Class of 2020!

WINNING TEAM - ROLL IN THE HOLIDAYS BOWLING FUNDRAISER

The 2nd Annual "Roll in the Holidays" bowling Party and Silent Auction was a hoot! Co-sponsored by KBXtreme Family Entertainment Center, 8 teams enjoyed bowling, food and refreshment, and many left with treasures from the abundant selection of donated silent auction items.  This years winning team was sponsored by William L. Wong, CPA & Associates.

IRONMAN FOUNDATION HAS BEEN A PRIMARY PARTNER OF KEALAKEHE PROJECT GRAD FOR YEARS, AND A KEY DONOR FOR 2019.  Over 40 students, a handful of teachers, and other caring community members volunteered for Kailua Pier set up and break down for Ironman World Championship Kona 2018. It was rewarding to work a small part of this big community event. Mahalo, Ironman, for the opportunity to raise funds and contribute to this community event.
